Assuming the role of overall Project Coordinator & technical leader, Opsci.ai manages strategic alignment, data pipeline integration, product design, and the implementation of ethics-by-design frameworks across all work packages.

Within the project, CheckFirst focuses on Russian manipulation operations and conducts forensic audits of emerging LLM manipulation tactics.

Cassini is a geopolitical risk and territorial intelligence consulting firm specializing in hybrid threats, regional conflicts, and foreign interference. Within the project, Cassini focuses on threat-actor modeling and cartography to visualize how foreign manipulation campaigns deploy across European territory.

As a premier academic research institution, ELTE brings world-class expertise in AI-driven quantitative text analysis, sentiment analysis, computational sociology, and political science. Tasked with multi-platform community mapping, ELTE is in charge of Scientific Research and development of advanced automated rhetorical and proselytism classifiers.

PR Army is a non-profit organization composed of strategic communication experts, journalists, and media specialists operating directly from a frontline context. Within the project, they provide real-time threat intelligence and investigative reporting on active Russian information operations, bringing operational expertise to the team.

Delfi is Baltic countries' leading digital news publisher and holds extensive experience working within European media ecosystems, notably as a member of EDMO's Baltic media hub (BECID). Delfi leads the editorial pipeline for monthly intelligence reporting, coordinating contributions from data partners to produce interactive, context-rich, and information intelligence bulletins.

Partisan is a specialized community network for European political professionals and the organizer of Europe's first Political Tech Summit. Within the project, Partisan focuses on civic mobilization and outreach to the public sector and tech startups, leveraging their established newsletter channels to distribute insights and managing strategic event design.

A major European leader in digital consulting, IT architecture, and cybersecurity, Sopra Steria provides structural advisory services to ensure the platform is secure and structurally resilient. The group is in charge of designing a modular system architecture that guarantees compliance and security standards while ensuring long-term technical scalability.

Representing the open-knowledge civic ecosystem, Wikimedia France coordinates the training and activation of an "all-of-society" Civic Intelligence Community. Acting as the central coordinator and bridge to other European Wikimedia chapters, they lead the design of joint training modules, visual toolkits, and onboarding frameworks, mobilizing a decentralized, transnational network of OSINT volunteers, local journalists, and educators to support the project's collaborative monitoring.
